Standard IV: Assessment and
Evaluation
Teachers apply technology to facilitate a variety of effective
assessment and evaluation strategies.Almost all of my science assessments are in the form of a written test, I only have a few vary from that form. With the use of the on line labs I have the ability to asses what they can do on their own and grade on how the process that they choose to use to complete the labs. I have onl;y a few units that in cooperate the use of technology as an assessment. For the online labs I in cooperated the use of a rubric to see where they are at in regards to the labs that they are being asked to complete.
The use of a rubric to see where students are as they progress through the labs was started. Continuing use of the rubric will show their progression in the use of the following technology. Other items will be added as new labs are added for them to complete.
